I need more stuff like this for sure. This and the new Winterfylleth are some of the best folk albums I've heard.

The various instruments and percussions are so masterfully integrated with the vocals and guitars. These guys can create such spellbinding compositions and soothing atmosphere. I mean some of the parts could loop forever and I wouldn't mind!
Also one of my favorite of the genre.

Yeah man for sure, and there's something about the way it's recorded and mixed that makes you feel like you're sitting around a fire with them.

Speaking of that image, I watched a live video of them playing De Terra e Medeira/Xordas in Lithuania around a campfire in the woods under a bit of rain. A perfect setting for what is my favorite song(s) from them.

“Since listening to Sangre de Muerdago for the very first time, I've done extensive studies of the Galician language and the ways of life that have united this often under looked group of people for centuries. Sangre de Muerdago's music has been a home far away from home, a constant hiraeth in metaxis.”
Yes that’s lovely dear but want do you want for tea? Fish fingers or spam fritters? There’s Jam Roly Poly for pudding.

"A progressive, electronic cinematic oeuvre that climaxes in a record that juxtaposes the frailty of the persona with
the euphoria of unhindered abandonment of conscious self enlightenment. Laying down a framework of loose,
unfurling automated melancholy these instrumental soundscapes are anchored in an emblematic nod to Ingmar
Bergmans nom de simulaire filmic piece by utilising minimal beats to act as conduit.rIn short, considering I was
giving it a miss cos rival consoles sounds like an emo brat band pile of shite, this album has knocked me bollocks
off." That's adorable, but would you rather get a lobotomy or a grand ticket set at Chuck E Cheese's?

In the meantime that Noite and O Camino... will be back on Spotify, you guys should check out this live concert. It's extraordinary (although the volume's a bit low). I really like when he explains the meaning or origins of some of the songs. Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEnuNxCfuIU
