Nice Gyro. The album is pretty consistent so if you decide to check it out let me know what you think of it.
Yeah Astral, some of the lyrics are excellent but sometimes they fall into pop cliches as well...

Really like "This Is It" and "Loveless" (the former was a top 10 hit on the Adult Alternative chart, so they've got some exposure on at least one radio format already) so I might check this one out.

Oh cool, had no idea. Yeah I really believe these guys could take off this year. This Is It and Loveless are probably my personal favorites as well so far, but there's a lot more solid supporting tracks than I expected and basically no filler.

so did this band just come out of nowhere? no information on their sput page whatsoever besides this one album

Yeah I love the art for this as well. If you decide to check let me know what you thought. This seems to be getting a decent reception on this site for what is ultimately a branch of pop.

Yeah, around the late 2000s and early 2010s P4K was actually pretty great, but now I've found my opinion gap with them has widened to a point where almost anything they rate highly I don't bother checking out. They seem mostly interested in promoting rap/r&b which is fine, but they've seemingly lost touch with anything rock/metal oriented and a lot of the folk and alternative records I love they either don't review or give it woefully less than the going critic avg; like a 6.5 for something that is critically acclaimed on metacritic.
