I came back to this again, and to be honest, it is hard to compare to Local Honey. Both are so good, but in completely different ways. The instrumentation, specifically the guitar from Ian Perkins (I assume its Ian) is quite good, and the other instruments shine throughout. Local Honey is stronger lyrically, but maybe not much. Long story short, Brian Fallon is so good

It's a great album and his best solo one, but this is also where his repetitive song structures stick out the most, unfortunately.
