The Streets of Bombay intro it gets almost "Pink Floydish"...so cool. Love this album

I was a huge fan of the old believer, and an ache for the distance but this didn't do much for me. Maybe I should spin it again.

The other releases are a bit more classic sludge metal but also pretty good. This one travels more through genres.

An Ache For the Distance is magnificent, Hawks.
IMO the title track is a great place to start, but the album is quite an experience consumed in full.

I was just thinking about how long its been since I've listened to Ache. Used to be a daily routine.

Remembering these guys after tonking about them opening for The Ocean and Stavros screaming Cognitive Dissonance with them. Definitely one of the most criminally underrated bands, this album still holds up incredibly strong. I wonder if they're dead

Also at the bar after their sets Stavros was sitting there and I was talking to him a bit and he was like I'm buying ACDC shoes on my phone because I'm drunk.
Legend.
