yea probably, but everyone should give those albums a chance regardless of what they're into. some people misinterpret the earlier, noisier stuff as being juvenile and less developed than the more lushly produced and orchestrated later albums but i think the songwriting is actually more creative and interesting despite the lack of bells and whistles

Individually the tracks on their old stuff are better than their new refined stuff. But this and yoshimi are better put together albums/concepts.
But like CTM is their best cause every song on it has been my favourite at one point in time.
