i was not expecting this to sound so airy and pretty. thought it'd be more fuzzy with less pronounced vocals

this is way better than souvlaki wtf.

trellisaze kinda sucks tho. it's hypnotizing and cool but it's too long and the vocals are a little grating

first 3 songs and the closer are far and away the best but this whole package is great. feel like it kind of dips in the latter half but that could just be due to fatigue.

Eh Souvlaki's still their best but this is good i think solely because it doesn't sound much like slowdive

souvlaki actually took a while to grow on me for a while for whatever reason. i never listened any further than alison and couldnt find anything interesting or noteworthy about any of the other tracks save the pretty atmosphere. which ends up being pretty vapid after awhile. just clicked one day. i cant imagine this being more immediate but different strokes man.

I find Souvlaki far more emotionally potent than this is.

I should give Souvlaki some more goes, so far it doesn’t connect

This is a great mood piece but there's a certain time and place for it and I think that holds it back a tad. Souvlaki I could listen to pretty much any time and it's a much smoother listen, a better flow.
