That's funny because 'When You Were Young' is just pretty good for me, probably falls in the bottom half of songs from Sam's Town (which is absolutely their best album).

Sam Town took a longgggg ass time to to grow on me. I remember hearing it the day it was released and shutting it off after two songs because it sounded nothing like HF.

That said, HF still blows Sam out of the water but it's still a really solid album
