i just love how shit ttts sounds because its one of the few "electroni-core" albums that has a rawer, punkier feel to it, as opposed to all the washed out and polished risecore out there

It helps that it wasn't produced by Joey Sturgis lmao

The first half of the album is pretty enjoyable, then it just loses all energy in the second half. I really liked The Mindsweep, but this sounded so restrained and subdued, I found myself bored through a lot of it. I wish there were more upbeat/zany tracks on here. Even the slower tracks aren't as good as the slower tracks on their last album. Disappointed in this.

would anyone be interested in a signed common dreads era postcard?
I can't stand this band anymore, but would feel bad for just throwing it out

Gets better with every listen tbh. Probably my favorite Shikari album at this point.

i really dont think im much of a shikari stan anymore. thinking of jamming their early lps to reasses them but i dont have the heart. id be devastated to find im no longer as fond of them as i was once. they still remain my first fav band and i love them but im also very aware of how they no longer match my tastes

yeah this grows on me more and more, never would have thought 2017 would give us Shikari's best album but man

Jigsaw Pieces is the best piece of music they've released

I still get mad nostalgia from it and Mothership, Winner, Adieu are genuinely good jams. the rest is significantly flawed and I can't quite overlook it
