It's Vin I want to hear more from. Why he doesn't get involved in side projects is a mystery to me.

the audio clips in 137 are very well-distributed. I'm in an audio journalism class and I feel like my prof would appreciate their use of Natural Sound lmao
And I'd say the fact those girls are free-falling and about to be smashed is probably the most relevant part of the cover. Metaphor for their career likely

yeah, likely...out of the 100s of metaphors you could get out if it, that is likely the one!

sorry for the condescending sarcasm but i just think its funny when people seem to think they know what a musician/artist/whatever is trying to say with an abstract lyric/artwork/whatever with any kind of certainty. it could mean a lot of things. sometimes they arent saying anything and they just like the look/sound of it. who really knows.

but yeah, the audio samples in that song are perfect.

true, it just interests me to guess why an artist chose a particular picture to assosiate with their album lol, the only thing thats sure is its meant to be vague

Three songs save it from pure shit. Some are bad. Most are serviceable. Pretty poor compared to the rest of their catalogue.

I can pretty much agree with Dbizzles. I really love these guys but this is madly overrated and I think it has a lot to do with it being associated with their name.

nah, i dont think so. this has come up many times in these threads, but lots of people were expecting it to suck or be a huge disappointment. i know i came into it with pessimistic expectations, and yet theres that 4.5.

If you already love these guys then you should LOVE this. No excuses.

The less favorable reception should be coming from those with no relationship with them.
