It might creep it's way up to a 3.5. I'm not a fan of the production, but I might listen in the car.

Actually surprised by the reception of this album, though, seems like something people would like. That said, I haven't heard their previous.

Yeah I never really understood the hate, I felt like this site of all would appreciate it the most
It's nothing to write home about, though I would recommend "Too Weird to Live" as my personal second favorite; that's a completely different beast however.

dude yeah casual affair is probably my favorite song of theirs overall, and I just appreciate that brendon takes a unique approach to every album. Helps keep things fresh even if the results are sometimes mixed.

This album is so freaking good. Ryan Ross was the true artist of the band, Brendon cannot compete. The last two panic albums are aight, but nowhere near the level of their first two.

I finally 4.5ed this because it is by far their best. I love the whole atmosphere and the lack of electronics - instead there are so many different instruments, it's amazing. Also this album never fails to lighten my mood

Debut is one of my favorite albums ever but this has grown on me over the years, Do You Know What I'm Seeing and When the Day Met The Night are two of my favorite songs by them
