really will not be a surprise that Shane screams less or they go for radio pop-rock. the impression of new singles says clearly that they want to widen the fanbase. i think maybe there will be 2-3 songs to comfort original fans then that’s it. it has been 20 years. it is understandable.

They've had a poppy sound basically since the start. They have made like 10 albums and been around for 20 years and have been very successful within this genre. Obviously their ceiling is capped in terms of popularity given their style of music but are they really trying to slowly transition to full mainstream pop sound over the next couple of albums just to make money? I honestly doubt it. They probably just wanted to try to make a pop album.



Singles have been pretty trash though btw. Will peep the new one but expecting to be blown away.
