yea I watched a doc on the making of wywh literally yesterday and I'm pretty sure the intention by Waters was to make it a concept album about the overall scuzziness of the record industry, and all the songs fit that motif. I would loosely classify it as a concept album

I'll clarify my hatred towards the album anyway. It doesn't have to do with the music but the lyrics. Saving welcome to the machine and have a cigar the whole "I miss you" concept is so fucking unbearable
