Sorry Diva, but only now I saw your review of this album. My problem. I was in vacations. However, as I'm also a great fan of Yes, I needed check and comment your review. Especially in this case, because as you mentioned, this is almost an unknown album (tecnically a compilation), is the first review of it on Sputnik and finaly, the album is quite good, better than many of the stuff made by them in those days.

The general quality of the album is unquestionable and is very hard to understand why this album took so long to see the light of day. It was almost a criminal thing. It became for me a great beautiful surprise when I listened to it for the first time. It's the best studio work of Yes since "Drama" and is also their best work since "Going For The One", if we consider their classic line up, with Wakeman. With this album Yes returned to their prog classic roots.

I loved your review. You pratically said all of what is the most relevant on this album, for me. I only disagree a bit with your rating. I really think that it deserves a little bit more, maybe 3.5, it will be fine.

Anyway, have a great pos. It seems that prog continues live with you on Sputnik too.

Cheers buddy.

Great to see this reviewed on Sput. One of the best Yes albums since "Drama". Nice work.

Be the one, giving in to loooooove

I'm another lover of that song.

A mixture of the best tracks from this and Talk would make for a great album. Btw anyone who likes this should check Talk too

Why does almost no one know about their best post-Drama work

This is really good and I have no idea why they chose to put the songs on Keys to Ascension rather than promoting and releasing a new studio album entirely. Instead they did Open Your Eyes...
