I went chronologically with them and didn't really like the s/t at first, went back months later after already being in love with Plastic Beach and DD and loved it.

so that might be the way to go

I can't tell if he flunked his line and no one noticed, he fucked up and noticed but decided to keep it in or if it was on purpose.

Also my ranking Of the Gorillaz main albums would be
Demon Days>Plastic Beach>This>s/t>>>The Fall
And before anyone gets at me for putting this above the self-titled just know that the self-titled is still an extremely important and influential album to me as is pretty much everything they've done, it's just as of now this is more enjoyable for me.

Ok guys, I must write this. With every single listening I like moar this album but hello "Humanz" it's many years behind even "Plastic Beach". Of course it's better than The Fall. For now it's solid 3/5. I expected more.

People get very tetchy about The Fall. It's their fourth album! It's legit.

Do they really believe that though? I could never see it as anything other than an oddity akin to G/D-sides.

BTW, happy I went to bed last night and missed 10 pages of cancer.

Oh I'll get on this double-post train too. DD > Plastic Beach > S/T > [Humanz??? We'll see]

Seems the one thing we all agree on is that Plastic Beach is their second best album.

exceedingly well written, but

"but they prove more entertaining than the abysmal "We Got the Power"" the hell? You sure? 'cuz i highly doubt thats not trolling. Not few people enjoy the hell out of this track; its no masterpiece, but worse than the interludes? cmon now.

"for every dumb interlude or misjudged feature or weak beat, there are at least two moments of genuine brilliance here" By what do you define brilliance?
