I remember when they played Hellfest I said to my friend "c'mon lets go see btbam" and he was like "unnnghh lemme eat breakfast first" and when we got to the arena we'd missed them playing Selkies. Literally saw them playing the final minute of it and I was like "fuck you and your breakfast man".

Well on the day we left, the guys he camped with threw all of the merch out as "rubbish" because it was in a black bin bag.
He was gutted because it had his Porcupine Tree shirts in it and they were "the coolest" lol so karma does exist haha

Haha yeah. Porcupine Tree were hella good at the festival that year too. They played Anesthetize up until the song shifts into ambient mode and it was epic.
But nothing will top seeing Pig Destroyer and meeting Scott Hull, with him asking me "dude, how do I get on stage?"
So surreal.

Phenomenally tight but JR looked out of it. Less demonic than usual perhaps but they played everything I wanted to hear.
