I first off think it's hilarious that this is qualified as an EP at 62 minutes. I love this album's atmosphere and overall leniency toward psychedelic tendencies. It's a nice mix of electronic elements with some gritty indie rock. I'm a fan - Teens of Denial and Twin Fantasy still stand up taller for me, but this is really good. I'm excited for the new album tonight. As a newer member of the CSH cult, I'm loving what I'm hearing.

No matter how long it's been since I last head this, lines from Kimochi Warui or Hey Space Cadet still pop into my head every few days, feel like those two (and the whole album more generally) achieve a kind of purity of form that Toledo hasn't quite hit on since. Like there's a certain songwriting philosophy that was inevitably going to produce those songs at some point? Can't rlly put my finger on it currently but i fuck w/ it
