I've got mixed feelings towards this album. In the very beginning I found it more interesting and consistent in terms of artistic quality, which may've been a result of my disappointment with '90125' and 'Big Generator'. After a few listenings it seems ABWH doesn't live up to my expectations, however it contains some decent tracks and some others that I find really impressive. Among the hidden gems are the opening track and "Brother of Mine" - probably my favourite moment of the album. There's also something charming and heartwarming in "The Meeting" while "Birtright" is simply a very decent song. The second half of the album ... what I remember most about it is that it brings a lot of overloaded arrangements and the uplifting atmosphere that turns out a bit too sugary.
