I agree, it had pretty much universal acclaim. But, in spite of it, many people don't gave to it what I think it deserve, which is, be beter recognized, as we can see in many ratings, for instance, on this site.

I always love "Stupid Dream". It's one of my favourite albums from them and I agree with you, it perfectly mixed psychedelic prog rock and pop rock. But as a whole, I still prefer this album. Anyway, I love all their albums.
