I need to check Creepers. I wasn't too fond of the vocals during their performance, but they were okay. Interested to see how they sound with a studio recording.

Very excited to see these guys again tonight in Richmond, VA. Couldn't really get into what I heard from Creepers so I might skip their set, but pretty curious to see The Body live.

The Body was good if you're into that kind of thing. One part of their song reminded me of Ulver, actually my gf made that insight, but mostly they're pretty intense and hilarious with the high pitched screaming.

Creepers is fantastic live, a lot more engaging than their album, which is great but not too memorable.

"they're pretty intense and hilarious with the high pitched screaming" heh, kinda what I expected. I really just want to see if it's more effective live because their recorded albums have never done much for me.

Caught Alcest on their final leg of the Kodama tour last night and was absolutely blown away by how good they are live. They played every single song I wanted to hear from Ecailles through Kodama, and they were so unbelievable tight. Winterhalter's drumming really shines through live, and their ability to recreate the guitar tones and vocals was fantastic. One of the best bands I've seen in a long time.

I'll be seeing Alcest on Sunday. It's been a long time coming since the last time I saw Alcest was in 2013. I've seen The Body live once before w/Full of Hell when they did their collaboration album One Day You Will Ache Like I Ache, but nevertheless, I'm a fan of The Body as well. Can't wait!

They left an impression. I was affected by their performance. Haven't seen/heard anything quite like that.

Indeed. I even waited a half hour after the show to meet Neige and tell him how much I love the album. Nice fellow.

Yeah I spoke to Neige after the show the second time I saw them, seemed very humble

Yep Neige is totally cool, one guy just walked up and said "thanks" and hugged him haha, it was a cool moment. Rest of the band was really nice too.
