It wouldn't make a top 6 songs on the album but I think it's getting shat on for little reason other than you expect an album with this many tracks to have a weak one in the mix

get hi isn't meant to be taken seriously if it's any consolation, i think it's mostly a satire of what non weed smokers think of weed

that said yeah song doesn't do anything for me

I just don't think it's a very good song, lyrics are meh and Danny's vocals on it are okay, but B Real doesn't add anything to the song and he brings it down for me

the rest of the album is tense, fast paced, with so much going on

get hi is such a change of pace/tone because thats exactly what danny wanted



danny actually sounds pleasant on the track, amused, carefree

like when he smokes weed
