That Nirvana cover was alright until the vocals came in.
Never liked Nirvana though that much tbh.

New Years Day's cover of Sleep, + a few select moments in some of the other covers, makes this worth adding an extra .5 to the score, but this is fucking terrible otherwise.

Oh and CTE have shown that they can put out some good covers in the past, so idk what went wrong here. Sounds like they either didn't even care or had an hour to record the thing.

They probably didn't want to cover it, but were paid quite a massive amount to do so.

Just looking at the bands who covered the songs, I already know that this will be terrible

The inherent problem with this album is that Gerard Way is the only vocalist on earth who can get away with an album like The Black Parade so a cover of any kind of their music will automatically be inferior. And it sounds like everyone involved was aware of that cuz none of them even tried.

Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! had the best cover here and New Years Day should never cover any song ever

C!NCC could've probably pulled off a more fun song like dead or house of wolves but disenchanted isn't even that good a song on the actual album. Half of these bands didn't deserve to be on here.

yeah CNCC would have been way better off covering one of the more fun songs
