Not really hard though considering how annoying spotify adverts are

You listen to music on a non-premium spotify account? That's gonna ruin any album bro lol

Purely an investigative tool, I'm old school and still buy a lot of music

even so, the quality alone is a huge detractor. i buy shit loads of vinyl and cds but still stream most things with premium services

I find the quality ok to simply decide if I like something - I don't listen to anything I enjoy on Spotify long term.
If I was starting out and didn't already have a load of music stored up I'd sign up to a premium streaming service and hardly buy anything at all. As it is it's a collecting thing as much as anything else, and music is so much cheaper to purchase these days

meh, i can't stand shitty quality. especially for a first listen. a good first listen is the most important. gotta think of the subconscious effect the adverts have on your overall enjoyment as well.

When I'm feeling richer I'll look into it definitely - for now shitty Spotify it is

I should get premium

premium is well worth it tbh, like i've had to go free for the last two months and it's horrible, the quality difference and ease of use is so much better

My friend is a fucking pirate, he gets all the new stuff for free, in the best quality.
Whereas I buy everything on limited edition vinyl to support the struggling bands.

Anyone know what Takeshis Castle did before crafting this pleasant little album?
Sheet Metal Worker?
Car Plant?
Builder?
|
| |
Maybe he wasn't in employment due to the pits closing and as a result through pent up misfit artistic aggression he has kicked against all those who belittled, opposed and suppressed.

Looking it up on Wiki and apparently he owned Wishi Washi Launderette and Loans before selling up to become a musician full time
|
| |
Wishi Washi Laundrette is the greatest business name ever!!!!!!

If this album was titled Kishi Bashi Wishy Washy I'd 5 it for displaying enviable self awareness/artistic honesty
|
| |
Kishi Bashi Wishi Washi rolls off the tongue so perfectly.

For name variations you obviously also have Bish Bash (Ian Bishop) and the gay rumours that circulated and were chanted from the terraces in the good days.
