I've actually found now that the weather is cooling down, and after repeated listens, enjoying this more and more. It was pretty chilly during my morning commute today, I could see my breath as I exhaled, and something about this album just felt so right.

I honestly think the story (like, the actual short story that Niilo wrote, which is very good in and of itself btw) is really important here. I listened to this twice before I read it, and the spin immediately after, man the feels hit me like...a blizzard.

quite happy to report this has grown on me a lot. i read the lyrics and that actually changed the way i looked at this project. im not sure if i like the fact it has separate parts, i wish it was just one track because it kind of made me take a track by track approach to it which was kind of ruining it for me. its great, but not their best. that's still STDIACD for me
