Yeah many Heavy Psych and BM bands sell cassettes on Bandcamp. I was surprised when I saw they did actually...

Yeah I understand vinyl cause I own quite a lot of them and adore them with how they are packaged and stuff, but never thought that cassettes would hold a similar attraction as well. Fair enough I guess!

I've actually got one of the earlier albums I did (I Will Leave It All For You) on vinyl as a one off thing, thought it would be pretty cool to get something that you have created onto vinyl.

It probably is, after all anyone can collect whatever they want. It always makes me laugh when someone brings the quality argument nowadays... Guys, most of the time it's a CD master on vinyl...

"We live in the hipster / I was born in le wrong generationz everything was better when nirvana was playing / nostalgia craze era. Cassettes and Vinyls are hot shit right now."

I must be one of the last people on earth who buys physical CDs. We will endure.

Album's great, Origin. Everything sounds so crisp, how'd you record it?

Thanks Voltimand! Try my hardest to improve production each album, tried a different method of EQ and compression this time round on Ableton so hopefully it produced better results.

I use an Akai USB Interface for the instruments and have a Rode M3 Mic for the vocals. A lot of the end result is about getting the production right though as without it, it sounds pretty awful haha.

this coming out made me wanna jam king defeatism again and i realized now that it's one of those albums that just has a very particular feel to it. it's a little indescribable. i wouldn't say it's a classic or anything which is what most would expect that quality of, but it has a unique feeling to me for some reason that i cant put my finger on

i think that's a compliment not sure yet tho

The fact that you revisited King Defeatism is more than enough of a compliment to me!

Hope that this album will be just as good, or even better than KD if you listen to it.

Awesome thanks for the rating! Glad to hear that the vocal addition is a positive one. Topping KD is gonna be difficult and a challenge, getting close to it means I am going in the right direction at least.

Yeah this album has given me confidence to work on my vocals further. The one thing I am probably gonna ditch is the screaming as that is not really my speciality haha. Going to focus more on the actual singing and improving that part of the performance.
