Wow cool great to see that they made such progress. I never was very into Of Mice & Men but maybe I'll check this out.

New interview from Coldworld with some new info. Keep in mind that its not perfect cause its translated from german, but you can pretty much understand all of it.

Regarding the new info:

Q: What is generally about the future plans of COLD WORLD? What are your next goals, and the fans will again have to wait so long to hear from COLD WORLD New?

A: No, it's now forward faster. In the near future I will bring out an ambient album called "Interlude", strictly limited and likely to complete their own. The next Black Metal album is already planned. It will probably go a bit more back to the roots.

So there is soon to be a standalone ambient album coming out. If it is anything like Winteresse or the beginning of Dream of a Dead Sun I am fucking pumped. We already knew he had another black metal album coming out (according to a previous interview) called Winter, but he says here that it will go a bit more back to the roots. So its probably going to be more raw and aggressive? Seems good. Maybe he'll do a Spring and Summer album too haha.

Q: What do you spontaneously think of the following terms?

-blablabla

-blablabla

-blablabla

- COLDWORLD in 10 years?

A: Still black metal.

That's good :D

You didn't listen to it and you're already calling it a masterpiece?

Still boring.

why do you pretend to be an authority of metal when your taste in it is unequivocally shit?

Cuz I am clearly superior when it comes to this shit.

after long deliberation, this is pretty good, but honestly not that impressive in the context of the rest of the year's releases, or just bm in general

seems like he spend all his amazing riffs on the debut, for there are none on here.

There's plenty of riffs here. Not as many as Melancholie though agreed.

this thing is slow-burning and often gorgeous and it's grown on me quite a lot.
