So is this whole edgy Maroon 5 aesthetic they seem to have going for them intentional or...?

Good thing music is subjective, we all get a little something different, I don't know what it was about this album but I thoroughly enjoyed it

I never even heard of these guys until I seen this review. All I can say is I'm grateful to have run across this review. These guys are pretty genuine.

It's a lot better than versus if that tells you anything. They sound like if post hardcore had a sugar free option.

Versus was terribly boring and I dont think I listened to it more than twice, but Ill give this a shot.

Their self titled was and still is a great album. Really doubt they can top it.

I've given this album quite a few listens but can't seem to get into it as much as i enjoyed previous albums. Their self-titled album is still my all time favourite.

I go into this knowing that it's going to be different to their other albums, and it's a good different but just not the same. The upbeat quality which i really enjoy is not here though it has a lot of feeling. This makes me quite sad as i was looking forward to this album.

This is better than versus I think, it grabbed my attention at first, but then fell off (kinda similair to how versus did). idk, I just dont dig this anywhere near as much as the self titled BUT at least it got me to listen to that album again today

Hey guys. I'm into post hardcore. Wonder if I would enjoy this band though.

"Maroon 5 aesthetic" - That does not sound good!

@Wearing if you aren't a troll this is not the album to try out post hardcore. If you wanna try out Emarosa though, check out their self titled album

Wish I liked it more than I did. Very generic...couldn't find much melody to latch onto.

The vocals on this sound so much like Josh Fransceschi it made me realise how long it's been since You Me At Six released anything.

yeah this is easily their best, it helps that Bradley can actually write a song and express some sort of human emotion unlike Jonny

This band has absolutely nothing going for it other than the singer. That is not close to enough for me, as I could care less about the psuedo poetic star-crossed lovers BS he always spews out.

Good for you that enjoy it, I just don't get it.
