Careful use of words there plane. I don't know what an album "like this" means but I can see that the bluntness she uses can be pretty discouraging to a lot of people. It kind of hits them directly in the face with it and tries to make them think the way she thinks, which might be what she is going for, but it doesn't do much good for the reception of the album. As opposed to a protest album which uses a lot of literally elements and metaphors to express its statement so that people can interpret it in different ways. For example, Obama, she could have not directed it right at him. Could have just made it a power statement. However, it's what she wanted and it's not gonna fare well with everybody.

When I first listened to this, I loved her voice but by the ending it got really old really quick. Lyrics made me almost violent at points. "Obama" is one of the worst/most cringy songs I've ever heard. It made me want to crawl in a hole while listening to it. "4 Degrees" is definitely the best imo. There are great moments sprinkled throughout but it's covered in a lot of shit, too

This album is great piece of art, one of the most important and inspiring music release in last few years. It's tough, it's very odd and full of sorrow but still that's something intriguing in this music. The lyrics are so deeply touching and I really appreciate how full of concept and sense this album is. So innovative using of synthetizers - the sound that we usually connect with disco, pop or electronic music - with texts which makes this album even more fascinating.
"Drone Bomb Me" and "Why Did You Separate Me From The Earth?" are probably the best tracks here but I also define ,,Crisis" and "I Don't Love You Anymore" as really great.
"Violent Man" reminds me of computer games, promoting violence which is nowadays a huge issue and it's really intriguing.
At least I like "Obama" but it's interesting how she puts so much attention and brings so much sorrow to that issue like it's her own, private problem.

would be even cooler if she wasn't speaking in generalities and targeting one single man for all of america's problems
