Comparing apples to oranges here, in my opinion. It's one thing to say "this sounds like Death," another entirely to say "this is miles better than anything Death has ever done." At this point, this album is so new that making a statement like that is pretty meaningless. Let it sink in a bit more.

I've given Death so many chances but they never managed to impress me THAT much. This on the other hand clicked with me instantly, and about 30 listens in I enjoy it even more every time. This feels so refreshing and passionate that I can't resist to just adore it.
