Even as a Noobie to this website , I am well aware of the legend of Snide and his love Andy
Nothing wrong with that , Andy is a fine musician. Definitely over-hated on same sites and over obsessed on others. I've always enjoyed his raspy voice , the fact he doesn't use alot of range doesn't bother me as his voice is already fine on its own , and the instrumentals in the band really work well with him
although I'm curious , what exactly is it that makes him your biggest inspiration? What major thing makes him your favorite?

@Ninja: Multiple things make Andy my biggest musical inspiration. Firstly, his lyrical writing style (particularly on songs such as Beautiful Remains) all utilize a dark but at the same time optimistic viewpoint that I really like, it's almost romantic while at the same time being more broad than that. Secondly, his vocal style, both screams and singing are what got me into music in the first place; I understand that there are more technically talented singers out there than Andy with much larger ranges, but to me he has the perfect vocal tone and doesn't need to stray too far from his range. Along with that, his charisma literally bleeds through his vocal delivery and that's something that I rarely hear out of any artist. Third, his work ethic and consistency in his live performances (at times he sounds better than studio live, and he was back on tour literally five days after breaking his ribs from jumping 30 feet, and they tour very heavily when supporting their music).

"is charisma literally bleeds through his vocal delivery"
I can completely agree with this
"his work ethic and consistency in his live performances"
Having seen them at Black Mass 14 i can personally say this is true. They're a very food band live. Andy even waved to me at one point during the show.
