You would think some things would give it away. They are one of those bands that doesn't like the post metal tag iirc. Also just reading that doesn't sound like any interview I've seen with any of them. Also the line Julie Christmas-ness lol. How anyone thought this was real is beyond me.

Finally listened and Julie's vocals are amazing. Completely disagree with the review saying they're annoying. It's definitely a vocal driven album and goddam she steals it. CoL fit really well with her.
The Wreck Of S.S. Needle and Cygnus are fucking NUTS!
Approaching Transition is for sure the weakest track.

And Cygnus rocks. Personally The Wreck is by far the best song imo but everything else except for Approaching Transition is great.
