I've enjoyed a few. Death Note, S&W, Cowboy Bebop, Ninja Scroll...but yeah, I never really got into it. I spend too much time outside to be an otaku.

i'm not a huge fan of animé myself, but since i enjoy anything that's weird, i've watched madoka, serial experiments lain, and a few episodes of revolutionary girl utena and evangelion, all of which rule >:]

Uh, well what was it about? Let's figure out if you don't like anime or if you just accidentally watched a crap one.
Also anime are just Japanese cartoons so I think it's a bit silly to say you "just can't like it" as a whole genre after only watching one crappy one. Forget the one you watched and get on some Cowboy Beebop, FLCL, and/or One-Punch Man. They're all fantastic and the last two in particular are bizarrely fantastic (and funny).
