The actual review is okay, definitely not bad. I would have liked to see you inject a little more of your opinion into it. A lot of it is just descriptions of what's happening. The paragraph where you talk about what you didn't like was actually my favorite, because you gave a better sense of how you actually feel what's going on.

Also what zaru said about the the capitalization of thrash: it's unnecessary.

But overall, good. A bit by the numbers, but you'll find your voice the more you write.

Thrash Metal is a title, or at least a proper noun when referring to it as such, like the Thrash Band Genre. Thrash can also be used as an adjective as in Anthrax is a thrash band, I would say it is more than an adjective to metal, because Thrash Metal genre is a specific kind. Like Coca Cola, White House; brown chair would never be capitalized, unless it was common to a call a certain type of chair something like Brown Chair Period, or Brown Chair movement.

well this album is basically just a plagiarized template or RtL but fancied up, so if you dig that album you should dig this.

Disposable Heroes is one of the best songs on the album.

Leper Messiah and Damage, Inc. are the weakest but they still rule.

No offense but anyone saying stuff like that is almost certainly being sarcastic. When I was reviewing Megadeth's discography people were telling me to shine light on more obscure things.

i would never advocate people not review things, so if reviewing metallica gets you to write more, then by all means, write a metallica review

that being said, as a band, they probably have more reviews per album than anyone else
