I was excited to hear this as I used to see these guys all the time waaaaay back when they first started. It's super disappointing. If it weren't for the vocals (which to me have lost a lot of their intensity, ingenuinty and fun) this could be any modern proficient tech metal/djent band. It used to be that even in a room full of sore thumbs Sikth would stand out, but now not so much.

The only thing that is totally similar to these guys are Destrage, which have the same fun/bonkers vocals/riffgasmic approach to music. And it's clear who influenced who so..
Other tech metal/djent bands doing this stuff? Fellsilent died in 2008 eh. They still stand out imho.
But if you can come up with other names I'd be glad to listen to them, if they're better than this.
