while she was recording/writing the songs, not while releasing them. so usually a year, maybe two before the album is released.

that's what i was told when i inquired about it 4 years ago, so i may have been mislead back then tho. entirely possible.

Adele's music has always been shit and the way everyone worships her music absolutely baffles me. Yes, she has a great voice but when that voice is backed by absolute mediocrity, it is worth zero.
