Not a big fan of these guys, but I listened to the first song and it was... Fine. Probably won't listen to the whole thing though.

das where you're all wrong
their debut Ep is obviously the best. their rawest and most emotional material. strongest songwriting too, without being "too much" like on miserable at best, or too generic and poppy like on anywhere but here.

ok yeah i quite like that song and that vid is amaze. it's probably their best post-lancaster work, but nothing hits me like pretty much anything on tales told by dead friends. the misstep is when i get home, and even then, it's better than the alir version.

This is pretty good so far

I found the emotion on s/t so put on, there were some quite good songs though

The second half is just a mess. Specially the ending track.

I would say it's solid all through tbh

It's surprising to see how many things they keep trying on this record but each time their singer fucks up pretty hard.

"Shit why is everyone liking this so much."
Because it's the best Mayday Parade album since A Lesson In Romantics. Duh.

Because the band has their passion back, finally grew up and stopped making basic sugary pop music.

It was very basic and sugary. Production was super duper clean and polished.

unpolished being the best thing about it tbh. more raw, and certainly their most honest work imo. the balance between the two singers was impeccable and the instruments were at their most prominent (in general).
