Review is pretty much my sentiments, except that I like Come Back. Even though the writing on that song is bogus and there either should've been another metal crescendo at the end or the post-rock should've been replaced with continued metal entirely.

Thanks for the catch, fixed. The ending of "Come Back" is so boring IMO, it's so pointlessly tacked on and then extended well past the point of enjoyment.

yeah. His vox act like they're going to lead into a crescendo and then LOL NOPE JK post-rock. Should've just done another three minutes of straight blasting of double bass'ing, then a minute Mogwai outro. I like it, but still.

Structurally every song on Subather was pretty similar, but I (personally) felt like it strengthened the album, and also that each song was still pretty different in its execution.

found out they were pretty rushed on getting this album out, and it shows. still has some great moments, particularly in luna, but overall it could be much better.
