Some of the vox sound like they're there just to be there though. Like they are technically proficient, but they don't add anything to the song. It's just "okay, well we're done with the song. It needs vocals now"

i mean i'm not a huge fan but i can clearly see why people would enjoy this and there are some lovely chord progressions and some great songwriting here and there which redeems it for me.
i also think it sticks out more among the USBM scene that has become stale so quickly which was a good move for them.
