I wouldn't compare the two. DGD is great and bit heavier and more progressive than BMTH. I still like BMTH even after this album but I would've liked to have seen them push further experimentally.

Great review. Describes where the band are at very well.
I liked the singles but gave the album a try earlier and stopped halfway because I got bored with it. Sempiternal is undoubtedly the better album, I just hope it doesn't end up being their peak.
