This is growing on me. Really don't like The Skull or Enemy at the Gates but everything is very solid. Dark Path and Tree of Ages are so good.
One thing though, am I the only one that thinks the two bonus tracks are better than anything else here except maybe Tree of Ages?

The solo on The Skull wins, dude. The last minute of The Skull is actually my favorite part of this entire album.
The bonus tracks keep the same high-quality as the rest of the album.

Can't believe how much this rules, haven't enjoyed Amorphis this much since Silent Waters.

Great album! I kind of want to download their whole discography but it seems like so much that all sounds like eachother, eventhough it may be very good...

Gonna check that one out as well then! I guess I'll like it since I liked the last two albums and it seems that this band doesn't really make albums that sound very differently

Debut and some albums before Eclipse wouldn't make you think they'd go for their later sound at all.

yeah I hear their first two albums had more of a black/death/doom metal influence
