I can't really see it, but thanks for the reply!

Got a chuckle out of the TFF/Foster the People line.

Ah, the few album had a few crackers on it. They get more hate than they deserve just because Pumped Up Kicks was everywhere for a while. That's one of their worst songs.

You see I quite like Tears for Fears and Bloc Party so that combo wouldn't have scared me off, sounds an accurate enough description.

Foals are industrial strength bland indie and foster the People I've only heard the Kicks tune that is the opposite to this, California hippie reverb retro singalong guff. Those two combined would be horrific and can't see much of either in this lot.

The sneering vocals are what elevates this album, make it sound like 2015 took a massive dump in the singer's corn flakes. They're genius

I got it but I'll have to take it Foster the People are representative of shit indie as I don't know them beyond one horrific song that sounds very sunshine American (not ugly mancunian)

I'm not grasping the comparison either.

Can't remember where I read it, but someone said EE are like Radiohead you can dance to. That's definitely true.

Potsie have u heard the tears for fears cover of my girls? The video's weird af 90s style computer graphics and the it's just an ok cover, but worth listening too for how strange it is.
