They toured with Rush for Power Windows. I was there. Marillion performed Misplaced Childhood in full, save a song. Fish was (is?) truly a stage performer.

It's a good thing I wasn't there Jethro, because my head would've exploded

Curiously, I was more touched by Marillion. They were like a bomb opening the show. Band were really impressive. Rush was a bomb too, that's for sure, but Marillion, oh boys!!!

If Rush had opened the show, I would have probably prefered them. That's what I mean.

I would pay a lot to see Fish era Marillion perform a concert, so I get it

it's understandable that I have more memories of Marillion that night; When I realized they were going to play Misplaced Childhood in full, I was so excited... having my head between my hands... Rush were top notch in that era, so I was really satisfied with both performances, it's just that I don't exactly remember what they played, but hey, that's RUSH!

Hello Nag, my friend. Yes it's a great combo indeed. I was kinda satiated and blown away with Marillion alone. It took me some time to lift me up after them performance.

It's always good to see you around Jethro. I can imagine. Concerts can be pretty exhausting that way.

I've always loved how strong Fish's Scottish accent comes through when he sings.
