that was the most wtf moment I've heard in a while. I really liked the melody, but than it continues to play over riffs which don't even try to complement it, it just sounds so awkward, yet at the same time creates this morbid curiosity in the listener to endure it and see where is this shit going to, and then that climax lands and it feels like heaven

There were a lot of times on this album that I just get lost in the drumming and growls. It's just drumming and growls and unintelligible mazes of riffs. Other parts make up for it a fair amount. Overall it's a solid album with quite a few flaws
