this album is VERY nostalgic, but don't expect much musical progression

I'm listening to it now via YouTube. I didn't expect any musical progression, which is why I figured it would probably be pretty good. Breaking Benjamin developed a formula that's just always worked for them. Might be stale to some, but for people like me who loved them in their early teen years, it's a winner.

Sounds like BB, I like BB, so I like this. Certainly nothing mindblowing, but I still like his songwriting abilities.

Saturate was actually really good. This isn't bad as well as everything else they do, but it would be nice to see them branch out a bit. Everything they've done sounds the same

I'm not bothered either, but next time they must change something or else even people attached to the band will start to look away.

I highly agree. Ashes of Eden is probably the most unique track the band has ever done so there is some hope. But if the next album ends up being similar to this I won't be excited.

Dang this is bad.

Not even one song I would care to go back and listen to again.
