Black licorice is hands down the best non-chocolate based candy without competition.

Fowl stuff.
This album gets a marmite 3 from me. Songs like Superhero and Motherfucker just bring it down too much.

I like Superhero, but yeah Motherfucker is a pretty bad song, not in love with Cone of Shame either.
Black Friday and Separation Anxiety are just as good as their old stuff, oh and Sunny Side Up : ) So 4 seems appropriate in my opinion.

Oh well, happy that young people like it!
I really though you had to be at least 30 to like anything Patton related.

Motherfucker is not that bad.
It's a tongue in cheek song.
I don't automaticaly skip it like...From The Dead or Sol Invictus...
Fade Superhero from 2:50 and it's a great song to me.

Motherfucker > Superhero
And Rise of the Fall is the most underrated here.

I'm going to start this off by saying Matador ranks in my top 5 FNM songs ever. It's great, powerful stuff. It's so damn good it's nearly impossible to believe it's a 6 minute song. Easily better than anything from Album of the Year (which is an underrated album, but pretty overrated here).
As far as the criticism of Patton's vocals goes, it's definitely a better effort than Tomahawk's latest. That being said, a good chunk of the songs from this album sound like they belonged on Oddfellows. Separation Anxiety instantly brought The Quiet Few to mind.
Comes pretty close to King for a Day in my mind (the latter of which would have had a much bigger lead if it wasn't for the novelties and filler).

You can't compare Patton's vocals here to KFAD though - that album was a vocal tour de force while this album...it just ain't

this is more or less comparable to AOTY, to which it's a bit better
