Like a few people have pointed out in the last few pages, MJK is always the one getting dragged through the mud in all this but I'm not convinced the delays are his fault. Seems like the other guys may be taking a lot of time writing and fine-tuning all of the material and he can't really do anything until the actual music is done with

Yeah I posted a whole paragraph from information Maynard said himself earlier this year about this a few pages ago:
Maynard isn’t primarily involved in the music so it’s Adam, Justin, and Danny who are taking all the time being perfectionists with the songwriting. Maynard joins them periodically and helps with the music, but his role will really happen when he hears their music and writes the lyrics, but they keep changing the music on him. So in the meantime, Maynard’s been making other music with Puscifer and APC and working at his winery, again, while meeting with the other guys in Tool to keep them going.
