All I use is my Peavey SR-1 hollowbody electric guitars and my Fender Mustang 100w amp, and I can recreate the fuzzy Siamese Dream tone quite well with the more overdriven effects on the amp. But that's also why I like the SR-1 guitar much more than my epiphone, because of its versatility. One minute I'll be playing some chunky alt metal chords, and the next minute I'll use a beautifully clean and warm tone for jazz music. Despite being a hollowbody, the guitar does well with the metal side of things

Need to check this, discovering this band recently has been a treat.

It's a decent album bud, a bit overbloated at times and embarassing at others, but the first 3 songs at least are keepers.

tibe & anaise are great but i don't think being beige is a keeper at all

I really like Anti-Hero. Run2Me is really bad though, agreed. Being Beige however is pretty good. I feel like Dorian is very underrated. Overall though, the album is underwhelming compared to Oceania. But it's not bad. I feel like if none of us had ever heard the smashing pumpkins, we'd like this album more. Correspondingly, if you were to show someone this album who had never heard of the pumpkins ever before, thus are unaware of the animosity surrounding corgan, they would like it alot more too. Just some thoughts

eeeeeeehhhhhh... thats subject to debate. Luckily, I don't give a fuck what people say or write about Corgan. The man's an artist, and like all artists, not everything he creates is gold. However, the 'gold' he does create is spectacular.

Tiberius and Being Beige are both fantastic. Being Beige really sounds like an ode to the days of old SP. Tiberius is typical awesomeness in starting an SP album.

i woulda dismissed it as such but when it seemed like there were other staff members or whatever going along with it, it seemed a bit weird he'd just make some shit like that up out of the blue when he knew people were filming/it had been filmed, even

On first listen, this is ok. Being Beige is a good song. Nothing is really blowing me away though.

Yeah it's not all that impressive, but Tiberius and Being Beige are great tunes.
