Agreed. I don't think the production goes with this style of heavier and faster songs. It sounds too "soft" for lack of a better word. I think they nailed this aspect on Christmas. I prefer Ape of God II over this because it fits better with the more atmospheric post-metal oriented songs.

the production on II is literally the same and had Predators on it for that heavy fast song
