For as ecstatic people are when John rejoined the band, I feel like Fred's work is heavilly underlooked and underappreciated for the band. He really brought it and incorporated some great riffs, sounds and vocals into the band.

Man, there's a lot of amazing individual songs on this with choruses that are frankly just on another level, but it's also littered with annoying crap like My Blue Heaven and Divine Intervention that just kill the overall consistency of the album.
