Not the worse album out there, but far from being anything to remember. I see the Slipknot influences in their music, but lacks the intensity and delivery that Corey can deliver (especially the harsh vocals on their earlier albums).



The music is simple, but at points is quite catchy (probably why quite popular).



The lyrics for me are the biggest let down. He seems to glorify killing, shooting people etc. and it does get tiresome how much he talks about himself (how tough he is, how hard his life was, etc.) To me "art" is about expressing yourself but in a manner that others can put themselves ... King 810 makes no attempt to do this for me. It is all about the lead vocalists ... which tires. I like two or three tracks off this album, the rest I can't listen to.



Of note: Parkway Drive's latest album has a song on it very reminiscent of King810 in my opinion (the lyrics are a bit better ... but still quite cliched).
