i was at first tbh. she grew off me hard man, like so so so so hard. she's initially mesmerizing just because she doesnt sound like anyone else really. sonically her music and singing is pretty absurd and i usually like really weird shit. but once that initial spark faded i realized that she's extremely fucking gimmicky and its quite loathsome tbh. she's weird for the sake of weird and pulls people in by capitalizing on their desire to feel like they appreciate something weird and artsy but she's not actually that good at it. her music videos are putrid art statements too. and goddamn is her voice insufferable after too much exposure. also the music itself although interesting at first because of its weird dark minimalism doesnt hold up well. a lot of the songs feel like they have this giant hole in them, almost placed there intentionally as to force it to be overtly minimal. again just for the sake of being weird.

not gonna agree on assuming intentions because really how can you but i agree that there really is nothing going on here worth mentioning
